2 rose grapefruits
300 g smoked salmon finely sliced
2 head of lettuce
olive oil, extravirgin
4 teaspoons of poppy seeds
Wash lettuce and divide in 4 portions, arrange in the individual plates.
Cut avocados into wedges and arrange on plates together with smoked salmon slides.
Prepare the dressing: mix the orange juice and lemon juice with olive oil, salt.
Season your salad with citrus dressing and a teaspoon of poppy seeds.
Serve salads with a big slice of homemade cereal bread.
